Default Is this hairloss? (Pics inside)

Hello, i've posted here before, however the thread has since gone dead, however i'm still worried about my current hair, so can anyone please share their wisdom towards what they think of my hair, i'm 18, and my mom's side of the family has MPB, dad's side's full of hair, and mom herself has alot of hairloss... but i don't know if that's related at all.... i've been to around 3 dermos but they just look at my head, tug alittle and say "you have nothing to currently worry about" so i ask if it looks as if it'll turn to MPB in the future, and consistently i've been told "only god knows" -.- says alot about the level of medicine in my country....

If you want a clinically accurate diagnosis find a doctor who can do a hair miniaturization exam. It measures density all over the scalp to gauge how much you might have lost.

check your hair in the shower, if it's thin and minituarized then youre balding.

or check out if the hair that is falling is thinner than the rest.

or even more effective, grab 20 hairs from your crown /a little further than your temples or frontal hair line, cut them (don't pull them off).

If they are the same thickness/length youre good if not youre most likely balding.

    end of story

simple as that, why waste your time with minituarization exam?

Because if you do it annually it gives you an accurate measurement, which would allow you to decide if you should start on meds or not.
In addition most doctors who perform the test have a better knowledge of hair loss than a dermatologist does.
I'd bet that there are a lot of young guys who did all their research thru hair loss forums, then bought propecia on line who might not even need it.

Well, on some occasions i would see some really thin and puny hairs, but most of the ones that fall out are usually a third to a quarter of an index finger. I just came from another dermatoligist, she told me that i have a shitload of dandruff in my hair (Thanks alot Clear for Men) and she told me that i dont have signs of balding, but still prescribed me nanogen serum and told me that it'll stop my hair fall, this happened with another dermo who told me that there was no hairloss but told me to get rogaine, why the hell would they do that if "there is no MPB" and frankly, the level of doctors in my country sucks, is there any good and definitive test one can do at home? Also does itchiness of the top of the head a sign of anything (and yeah this sounds disgusting but these weeks im only showering once a week, can that cause anything?). But yes sometimes i see some eyelash size hairs falling out (but way thinner than the eyelashes)
