Has anyone been to see Dr. James Feinberg in Chicago for hair loss? I was referred to him as the best hair loss doc in IL, but am reluctant because he charges $425 for the initial consultation. I called over there and his receptionist couldn't really tell me anything about what he offers his patients or what he does differently.

I'm already on Rogaine, FIN, and Nizoral. I would sure hate to go in there and hand $425 over just to find out that he can't do anything else.

Dr Konior is the best doctor in Chicago.

Dr Keller and Dr Panine I know are also good. I couldn't pass comment of Dr Feinberg, as I have never viewed any of his work.

Hi Daddio,

Personally, I think my hair restoration doctor (Dr. Haber) is the best hair restoration doctor. One of my girl friends went to Dr. Panine and she is very happy with what he was able to do for her.

How long have you been on Rogaine, Propecia and Nizoral? Has it been over a year yet?

Rogaine about 7 months with no result. Fin about 3 weeks. Niz about half bottles worth.

Unfortunately it does take a long time - at least a full year just to find out if you can arrest your hair loss.

Can you tell me where you are on this chart, how long you have had that pattern and how old you are?

probably 3v. 29 years old. Most of the thinning is in the back, and it has rapidly come on in the past year or so.
