 Working out
How long do I have to wait before I could start working out? Hell even running, I just need to get my ass back in the gym. Been 2 weeks since my surgery.

Your doctor should have given you and pre/post-surgery information packett. In that packett of information there should have been something to tell you when you can resume your normal workout. If your doctor did not give you an information packett, contact your doctor.

I waited 4 weeks. By 6 weeks I was doing everything. Deadlifts, squats, abs, shrugs. Etc. you can go running now for def I'd say. Maybe wait a week before lifting heavy weights.
