Default Having transplant in 2 months time

I have finally decided having the transplant and booked an appointment with a doctor . I have been told i will need 4500 grafts provided my donor area can supply this amount .

My question is regarding this amount and the hairline decided by the doctor .
On most HTs i see the hairline is more like the black line on my drawing but from a young age i always had the sort of hairline shown with the redline .My drawing may not be perfectly accurate of course .

Would the difference of grafts between the 2 lines not allow the doctor to use less in total or even use the extra grafts for densing other areas ??
How do they figure out the hairline ?

Attached are the pics of above mentione hairlines and a picture showing my hairline from age 18-19 . I hope what i am trying to say is making sense .
