Default Restoring original density in patients with minimal hairloss?

Are there any cases where this can be done? I have an upcoming consult with Dr. Feller and am anxious to get his own professional opinion about my own unique hair situation. But in the meantime I was wondering if anyone here had work like this done. In my own case, my hair loss is not severe and I have several older family members who had their hairlines recede and experienced a small decrease in crown density in their late 20s and early 30s and then never had their hairloss get progressively much worse later in life. Can a HT surgeon be more aggressive in cases like this?

I don't see them giving you native density, especially not Dr. Feller. It would be wreckless just in case you did experience more hair loss than you're anticipating. My father was the only bald one in his family and was never expecting to lose his hair based on the family tree so you just never know.

I think the most aggressive they'll go on the crown is maybe 45FU/cm2. Well actually have a look at this case. It might interest you.

That patient had a very nice result. I should note that my hairloss is much less significant than his.
