Yes, but not because they want to. Because they CAN'T get any better.

I see it too often, so 95% of women wanting to penetrate 5% of men is a bit extreme.

It isn't. They WANT to get the top 5%. If they CAN get them is another question.

I have always been more impressed with people who actually care what they look like compared to those who do not care. Some degree of vanity is good in my opinion.
