Patient in his early 50's came in to follow-up with Dr. True after his 3rd FUT - follicular units transplanted consisted of 2724 singles, 3781 twos, and 850 threes. His interests were to cover as much of the balding area as possible so the density was uniformally allocated. It is more typical to concentrate the density in the front and top to gain the most cosmetic impact but this depends on the patient's goals and what he/she brings to the table donorwise. He may due a touch up via FUE into select areas.
