    The great thing about information is you can choose to use it or ignore but it’s always good to have it. I love how people like to talk about how meat is so carcinogenic. Yet they always leave out the part about the meat being high in omega 6 because it was grain fed along with all the estrogen and antibiotics. Oh and let's not forget the dried up dead animal parts, cement and whatever hell the else they can use cheaply to add weight. Well golly gee Gomer this stuff is going to give us cancer. But the biggest part they leave out is that regardless of the macronutrient protein, fat or carbohydrate. When you use high heat to cook it becomes carcinogenic. It is also why soups and stews are some of the most healing foods.

    I wrote a fairly long post on the benefits of soups and stews post surgery and gave specific details on another forum. Look it up if you are interested.

    Maybe some of us should get off FB, cell phones and television.
