How many years younger do you look after your big-3 treatment?

Based on your experience with the big 3 or any combination thereof, how many years younger would you say you look now? Or in other words, at the peak of your results, how far back did you manage to turn the clock in terms of your hair line, size of bald spot, density or any other important characteristic etc.

Please list your age now, age when treatment began, and the age your hair looks now in comparison to your past head of hair. And of course also list your regimen.

I know this doesn't fit the exact specifications of the thread but about a year ago when I was 20 I had recently gotten a haircut and the stylist must have done a good job to reduce the appearance of thinning in my hair and the shorter length must have made the overall receeding hairline a little less drastic because a co worker of mine told me I looked like I was 16, lol. Idk if that is a good thing to look like a teenager but I guess I looked younger even just being 20. I know you asked about people on the big 3 but I figured i'd share, I think if you can just improve the look of thickness a little bit it gives a general appearance of more vitality and youth.

Sorry my reply doesn't fit the specifications of the thread either, but in my case I'm able to conceal my receded hair through my cut and style. If my hair is styled properly people say I look as young as 20. If my receded hairline was apparent and my face wasn't framed well, I'd look nearer 30. I'm actually 28.

I have quite a youthful face, but I'd say having good hair can make you look '10 years younger' if you're older than mid 20s.

In my opinion, the aging effect of hairloss is mainly in the hairline position and the framing of the face and how this changes when a person's hairline recedes. The "big three" rarely make a dramatic enough effect on frontal recession to alter a person's appearance enough that they will look younger. In some cases it might happen, but not many. If a guy manages to thicken up an area of diffuse hairloss at the front with treatments then this could make them appear younger.

I totally agree Matt, framing the face is so important. That's why during my research for a hair transplant I'm concentrating on doctors who have a good track record with creating a natural-looking youthful hairline. Dr Rahal and Dr Feller have impressed me the most.

I think some people make the mistake of thinking a doctor is a doctor. Hair transplant doctors are not just doctors, they're artists.
