Not a single one of those "studies" can hold up to legitimate medical scrutiny. Not a single one.

The thing that really scares me about natural stuff, is that there are no clinical studies and no way to determine sides.

im not so sure as in germany many doctors prescribe saw palmetto for the prostate although no one is sure it regrows hair but i think its safer than finasteride at a prescribed dose, some people do go over the top if using themselves.
We know that minox and finasteride are fda and nice in uk approved for hair loss but there has been some reports of advanced prostate cancer but as with natural and drugs there still can be side affects.
I do think people should consult there own doctor and ask if its ok to take any naturals as they might interfear with medication they are on for health reasons.
I myself am not a natural guro that says drugs are bad and naturals are good if the treatments you are using work than you use at your own risk and if your alright with some side affects if any then keep using.

It does not matter how well someone can argue. The evidence of efficacy is just not there.
