Propecia and estrogen levels

Hi

Not sure if this has been discussed before but does propecia usage increase estrogen levels in the male body? I only ask because of a few posters mentioning an increase in breast tissue and possible gyno.

If so are there natural ways of creating an equilibrium in the body?
