Please do me a favour - go and seek out an IAHRS doctor and get a proper assessment. I strongly think you may not even have mpb. You have cut your hair short and have taken pictures in harsh lighting conditions. The thickest head of hair would show scalp in this instance. Plenty of people on here will project their own insecurity onto you and will say that you are thinnning when they have absolutely no way of ascertaining this. The simple reason for them doing so? - Misery love company.
If you get an accurate diagnosis that denotes mpb - cross that bridge when you come to it. Don't even debate this without an expert opinion. If you are a sufferer - (worst case scenario) you will likely benefit from the treatment options that exist.
Take action my friend!

No probs - Good Luck, you'll be fine!

Yeah man it doesn't look like anything to panic about. It's not obvious that you have MPB, and even if you do, it looks very early stage.
If you have MPB, get on fin, and move on. Don't worry!
