i believe this is a very,very good option for young baldies.

Everyone goes on like regrowth is the key parameter to determine a sucessful treatment, but no one seems to care if any loss has occurred since the injections, which could possibly indicate a stop in hair loss.

If you catch hair loss early and this treatment does work to halt the process.. well then thats not too bad a result

huh?? How would Acell POSSIBLY halt your hair loss? It only provides a temporary boost, nothing else.

PRP is the biggest scam around. You might as well drop a few thousand on TRX3

Only thing that could convince me would be identical twins, one getting PRP, one not, photographed over years. If it has any efficacy, which I don't really think it does, it is maybe at a stretch, almost as good as minoxidil. I've seen more convincing results with minoxidil than PRP so that probably says it all really. Might as well donate the money to a charitable cause than burn it on PRP.
