Dude the soy lowers the over production of DHT in your prostate and the spicy increases blood flow. Try to be less horny and certainly do the “deed” less as this will slightly counter act the reducing of the prostate production. Most here think its BS but I don’t good luck.

I've been doing it too often... I'm trying to quit now, as well as to run/swim/exercise after that, as aerobic exercises lower dht.Comment

is there a section on this forum where we can log the supplements/regiments/treatments we are on over time and draw and evaluate results and draw conclusions on them so that we can find the methods that seem to work well?
well if we dont have one I'm certainly gonna start a post like that in 2 weeks where I start my regimen.Comment

I'm taking 1 soy isoflavone pill (750 mg isoflavones - 3% - so basically around 23 mg pure isoflavones)

Hi guys.
Yup, I'm still doing it. Just the problem is - I dont know how muc capsaicin I'm taking. I spray almost every meal with strong tabasco and I "drink" a few (3, 4) of few small chili peppers with soy or water. (easier than munching them and becoming a dragon).
But I dont know really how much pure capsaicin is there. I presume more than 6 mg.
Also I take soy isoflavones pill daily. It says its 750 mg concentrate that has 3% isoflavones and 3% saponing, therefore - 23 mg isoflavones.
And I drink at least a glass of soy milk, or more.
Effects?
I cant say really - I'd probably
have to cut my hair but I dont want that.Comment

hi mate,
well - the itch has been lowered by (i'd say) 80-90%, BUT I've started using msm/vitC around 20 days ago (praise gutted for that), so that is probably also related to that.
Prior to msm I did also have a lowered itch, but not to that extent.
Before that I was using equol (from folexen which shut down so we don't even know was it genuine equol), I'll post more updates regularly.
I really believe msm did a big change for me, we'll see how it goes.Comment

I don't know, it seems to work for me. It's still pretty early, I'll report the results as time goes on.
I'll be able to really tell in around 5 months since I've been using it for just 20-30 days.Comment

Can you link to this? I've been taking soy and MSM, and I had absolutely no idea they'd affect each other, so I'm a bit worried now... I really don't want to stop either one if I don't have to.Comment
