Sorry, I should have made myself clearer. I was wondering if anyone new where i could buy 5% Minoxidil with Azelaic Acid for a reasonable price. I don't want to have to buy the rip off Regaine or other heavily marketed over the counter variants.

The inclusion of Azelaic Acid in those questionable formulations of Minoxiil was the second reason the FDA shut down those shady operations that were producing those questionable formulations. It is not legal for anyone to sell a formulation that includes Azelaic Acid without a prescription. You may be able to find a doctor who will write a prescription to have a compounding pharmacy make it for you - but it likely won't be cheap.

5% Rogaine or generic 5% Minoxidil is enough, it works and it is available at most pharmacies in the U.S. without a prescription.
