That tiny bald spot is evidence of balding. That tiny bald spot is evidence that you have hair follicles that have been damaged by DHT. Those are the hair follicles that are shedding hairs. Those hairs that have shed out will grow back stronger and thicker than they where before - as long as you continue treatment.

If you are not already using Rogaine, wait until you have been on Propecia for at least a full year before you give it a try. At the end of that year, re-evaluate your hair and decide if you feel you might need to try Rogaine.
