Nioxin Hair Booster

A friend of mine is going through beauty school and she said they talked about Nioxin is the only thing that works to regrow hair similar to rogaine but if you quit it you dont lose everything that you gained.

I was curious if anyone else has tried this and what was their experience

Nioxin does absolutely nothing to treat hair loss.

I have been using Nioxin shampoo for about 2 years. Last September, I decided to stop using it and switch to a "sulfate free" shampoo. I almost immediately began to notice my hair shedding a lot more than usual.

I really don't know if it was coincidental or related to me getting off of Nioxin. But I've also heard many other people talk about how Nioxin has supposedly slowed down their hair loss and maintained their hair. Has anyone else experienced positive results from this product?
