This 23 year old patient reluctantly came into our office after been to several other Doctors for consultation. Dr. Charles was able to make him feel comfortable and told him what to expect and what not to. He became very trusting of Dr. Charles and scheduled his appointment to have his surgery done immediately.
Patient was very satisfied with the professionalism and care of the Doctor and his staff and also the amazing progress his hair has made. He came back for all his post-ops visits.
