I used it for years with no adverse reactions and I have a naturally low BP 119/60. It worked for me and I'm sorry it is off the market. The FDA should be abolished or made advisory only. I'll take my own risks and make my own decisions without the FDA's interference.

To increase the concentration of Minoxidil, one could use an evacuation pump like used in air conditioning service. This "boils" off the propylene glycol by vacuum. BE SURE TO USE ADEQUATE VENTILATION and DO NOT SMOKE and DO NOT EXPOSE FUMES TO SPARKS OR OPEN FLAME. Propylene glycol is an alcohol and fumes are flammable. It is best to do it outside.
