I was not aware of that. Their site says the OTCBB so I took that at face value.

Sorry I just reread my post and it kind of sounded d*ckish, didn't mean that. Yeah I think there are like three tiers now. the QX is the premium tier and is traded through brokers much like the NYSE and NASDAQ, the QB is the middle tier that is still trader-trader transactions but is comprised of companies that report to and are in good standing with the sec or u.s. banking regulators, the pink sheets is what you typically think of as OTC with trader-trader transactions and limited information disclosure. I think there might be some even more risky tiers but I don't know cause I wouldn’t bother looking at those.
