Males should not use Spiro. The chances of a male experiencing negative sexual side effects from Spiro are ginormous. To give you an idea, one of my girl friends used to be a boy. Spiro was one of the meds she took to change her body. If I were a guy, I would not be comfortable with Spiro in any form.

I just found out 2% is the prescription strength.
I use 1% twice per week instead of 2% once per week.

There has only been one "semi-legitimate" study on Nizoral for treating hair loss and yes they studied the 2% strengh.
