As I said many will tell You: A.) Take Propecia & Minoxidil or B) Accept your baldness cause nothing else but Propecia or Minoxidil works.

I also recommend dutasteride in some cases, and usualy ketoconazole shampoo as a supporting treatment.
Otherwise, yeah, those are the options (besides transplants and surgery).
Good luck with the natural supplement products. I really wish I could convince you to give proven treatments a try though.
