Default How often clinics refund their patients?

    Hello

I have a question, im not sure it this has been asked before or not.
How often does it happen if it does happen that clinics refund their patients due to poor yield?
lets assume that surgeon agrees that yield was poor say abt 20% of hair grew, so what would reputable clinic do in that case, would they offer more grafts for free or money back?

can you take legal action, im sure there are some sort of consumer protection law out there that can be used to get your money back since doc didnt deliver?

I know it is a subject doctors dont like to discuss on public forums but it is important to know
