Quick question about all these future treatments

I'm not a biologist by any means, but the one thing I don't get is the migration part. How do the injected cells magically migrate to hair follicles to make them well again?

It's not magic, even cells can move (or transported on blood) but they get injected into the scalp anyway. And it's a very small area one injection is effective on.
