Could this be contributing to my hair loss?

I take lisinopril, ashwagandha, fish oil, and a multi vitamin daily and am experiencing hair loss. could it be from this vitamin combination?

I've never heard of fish oil contributing to alopecia. I've heard of some people using it as a hair loss treatment, though it doesn't work for that purpose to my knowledge.
If you're a male and losing your hair, there is more than a 90% chance it is genetic. In the unlikely case that it's something else, it could be a fungal infection, induced by stress, etc. I am almost positive it has nothing to do with your vitamin regimen, but if you're not convinced, I would make an appointment with you doctor.

I've actually had a bit of an opposite effect. I started on lisinopril 20mg about 4 months ago. And have noticed two things.

        1. Usually I've been fairly hairy on my back and upper arms/shoulders and would Nair about every 4-6 week. I had done that about a week before starting this medication. Though that hair has been growing back, it's been very slow and haven't had to Nair (yet) in the last four months.

        2. It took about two+ months, but I have noticed some new regrowth on my head, but nothing too dramatic. Just enough to be noticeable. This is most likely due to the ease/relaxed extra blood flow, and even if I'm on this for 10+ years, I really doubt much more regrowth will occur.

It's all most likely not only due to genetics, but also how an individuals body chemistry will interact with various drugs.

I dont think any remotely normal kind of diet or any combo of supplements is doing much of anything to cause or stop your MPB. Maybe if you were on some strong medications, but not supplements. Its just so likely to be MPB I would not over analyze it.

This. It's the unfortunate reality when it comes to men and hair loss. Just need to see a specialist and get it resolved so that you can learn about your treatment options and make an educated decision.. ASAP.

Like so many, I went through a bout of denial (told myself it was stress/TE, diet, etc.) and fear of treatment, and put it off for a good 3-4 months after I first noticed a change in my hair.
