irregular use of rogaine

Ok so i did something really stupid! I've been a regular rogaine user for 5 months and after the first month of use my shedding stopped completely! But now into.my 5th month I haven't been accurate with the application. It's been a damn busy month so some days I didn't even apply rogaine and some days I only applied it once... the thing is that I'm noticing some minor shedding now (around 10-20 only when applying)... my main question is: will this shedding stop again if I start using rogaine the correct way (two times application a day)? The hairs I have started shedding are all thick now, 5 months ago they were thin...

It is normal to shed up to 100 hairs per day, even if you are not suffereing from hair loss. Some days you may shed more, some days you may shed less. The point is if you are not counting more than 100 hairs, you have nothing to worry about.
