Hi Mark,
My name's Ian, I'm also from the UK.
What kind of information are you looking for?
Have you already experienced significant hair-loss?

Hi Mark,
If there is anything that you want to ask me about my recent treatment, please feel free to ask whatever you like.
Thanks

Hi All and many thanks for the welcome?
I have typical male pattern hair loss, but I also have one patch of hair right front that has much less hair than the rest of my head.
I would like to establish that this is not down to a localised bacterial infection or something else?

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
If you think you might have some sort of infection you should see a hair restoration physician or dermatologist right away. Hair loss caused by scalp infection would likely be temporary unless it goes untreated. If infection can be ruled out then you can start to look for other causes of hair loss.

Can you uplood pics ?
I think the best thing you can do is seriously consider 'The Big 3' if you have concerns with your hair loss as a result of MPB.
