    Hi Tracy,

    sometimes you can be abit too hard on these guys. give them a break. A gentle nudge in the correct would suffice.

    I realize our tone does not come across in a web forum. I am not trying to be harsh. I am trying to be as truthful as possible. The truth can be viewed as harsh but it is what it is. It is more important to get the truth out there (and keep it out there) than it is to avoid sounding harsh.
