Tocotrienol/Toco 8?

Guys, I've read on a posting on here that people reported good results by taking Tocotrienol, either the Toco8 brand or just any other version of it really.

Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone tried taking Tocotrienol for say 8-12 months? I'm really curious since it's cheap and non-invasive.To be honest it just sounds too good to be true.

2 years ago I took tocotrienols (purchased via a bodybuilding store) over a period of ca. 6 month. I dropped it as I didn't see any meaningful difference. I just skipped through some of the studies again and I'm still doubtful - but may be worth giving it a try for a longer period..
