Suggestions for continuing daily regimen in Europe
Haven't been on here for while as I've kinda accepted that there is only so much I can do about my hair loss. The only times I check in are really to see new news on companies like HSC.
Since my last visit my regimen as been reduced from using things like saw palmetto, biotin, etc. to simply
Propecia
Nioxin
Nizoral
Toppik or Nanogen
It definitely isn't helping regrow everything but I really do believe it has slowed things down imensely.
My question to you all is that I know there are a decent amount of European members on here. I will be studying abroad in Spain for the next 4 months and was wondering if there are substitutes I will be able to get in Europe for the the Nioxin, Nizoral, and Concealer and what any Europeans would reccomend using as part of my regimen while I am there.
Thanks all and I look forward to hearing your responses!

First and foremost, Nioxin isn't doing anything to treat your hair loss. So there is no point in worrying about that one.
Both Nizoral and Toppik are available world wide. You might need to get a prescription for Nizoral once you are in another jurisdiction though.
I didn't see Rogaine or generic Minoxidil listed in your regimen. You probably need to add that to your regimen. I recommend using Rogaine foam in the mornings because it is stealthy and then use generic liquid Minoxidil in the evenings to save money. I believe Rogaine is called Regaine in Europe.
If your hair loss is diffuse and does not include bald patches that have been void of hair for a long time, consider giving the laser comb a try.
