    Default Pimples and perspiration

    I have two separate questions
Can anyone give me additional information on pimples like what the cause is? Im almost two months post op now and Ive had several come and go from my scalp already.I just wanted to see if I should or shouldint be doing anything for them. Ive read that warm compresses will get rid of them, but how long should I apply them for? Is there any specific shampoo's or topicals that I could/should use? They seem to be more of a nuissance than anything else and if I can just leave them be, Im fine with that.
On a second differant subject, does anyone know if regular daily perspiration and sweat has a bad effect on your scalp and new hair growth. MPB is hereditary so original hair loss has nothing to do with someones occupation/physical activities where excess sweat is an everyday event is that correct?
I was never quite as anal about keeping my scalp squeaky clean as I am now.Should I feel like a pregnant woman protecting her baby from ingesting anything but the best foods available?
    Thanks guys
    Dale
