Default Saw Palmetto decreases the sebum?

    Hi guys,

im on finas since 3.5 months. im using Accutane/Roaccutan for my sebum/oiling problem.

My Doctor prescribed me Accutane/Roaccutan 2-3 times a week. Actually it blocks sebum but i dont wanna use Accutane because of sides.

i read that some studies says that Saw Palmetto decreases the sebum by %70.
Some of my friends are taking Saw Palmetto and they are saying that it decreased their sebum problem...

What do you think about it? Anyone experienced this?
