A short question regarding a buzzed head

ok so 4 weeks ago i got a buzzcut (#3). The density of my hair looked 100% similar all over my head, but now into my 4th week my my scalp areak looks thin compared with my sides. just like this actually (this resemlbes my situation pretty good): http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_hSYMtj0X1A...1664251_10.jpg

is this normal for short hair? I mean it's 4 weeks ago i got myself a #3 shouldn't my head be covered by now?

If your situation looks like that photo you are in good shape. It is possible for different areas of the scalp to have slightly different hair growth rates. Give it a little more time and then reevaluate.

I'll give it some more time then. The odd thing is taht this only happens during the stage where it has to grow long in 3-4 weeks it will all be covered i'm pretty sure, but again i don't uderstand why this happens after each buzzcut. Anyways, thx for the reply Mr. Charles.
