Greasy forhead

Been on propecia for >10 years. Worked perfectly with no SE's. Recently the shedding started again. I noticed it was at the same time that I had tons of dandruff and a really greasy scalp. Nizoral was not working. Then I had some spa treatment and the dandruff and greasy forehead went away as well as the shedding. Now both the greasy forehead, dandruff, and shedding are back. Anyone experienced this?

I noticed that the resurgence of an oily scalp, dandruff, and shedding occurred both times when I moved from a warm climate to a pretty cold (45-55 F) climate.
