I think Wayne Rooney got his done there so look into that. I think that Craig Ziering has some links with them now, but be cautious as I'm sure he would'nt be the primary surgeon. Worth a look though. I am assuming you are from the Uk? if so check out Bessam Farjo or Bijan Feriduni (Belgium). If it were me I would look toward Feriduni as his FUE work looks oustanding. Farjo has a near faultless reputation though he does tend to be conservative and favour the strip method. It all depends what you are after I guess.
