 Hairline HT & piece for crown?
Has anyone had any luck transplanting a good hairline / frontal third or half and then wearing a piece of some sort on the crown? I've decided if I go past NW5 I'll do that. No shame and I'll have full coverage. Although nothing past NW5 runs in my family, how much does that matter?
