Am I just paranoid?

Hi guys, I've always had really thick hair but I noticed the other day this thin line near the top of my head. Needless to say, it sent me into a panic. Is this just a cowlick like I think or perhaps the beginning of some thinness in the back of the head.

This is just a cowlck that is alittle noticeable when looking at your scalp from above because you have lighter skin and darker hair. You are not even close to being a candidate for hair restoration surgery. Enjoy that thick head of hair you have.
