Hair shedding after op?

hi im darryl from uk, had 1860 odd grafts on september 20th, im nearing 31 and only wanted temple areas operated on, now 3 and a half weeks post op hair has started shedding, just wondered how long it sheds for before it starts to grow? altho i hear its 2 to 6 months, it looked awesome when it was grade 2 all over as thats how i wear my hair,but now its grade 5 all over the temple areas look thin as hell so i can only assume its shedding altho i havnt seen much loose hairs falling out only some as im washing everyday,maybe im shitting myself too much but would like some feedback on shedding cheers,

GHrowth generally starts up at month 3-4 on average.

thanks spex,it does seem the average time so ive been told,ever heard of a transplant being done and not one single hair has grown back? whats the protocall if that happens, i understand everywheres different

Also spex,when can i shave my head? Ite been 4 weeks since ht,and without using my selsun shampoo(for scoriasis) my heads becoming flakey and itchey? Plz help

If no hair grows then you obviously need to speak tot he clinic who did the surgery and get their opinion as to why. Its very very rare but however all depends on the calibre of the clinic used.

You can shave your head after 3 weeks as everything is safe.
