    Hi all,
I haven't been online for some time but thought I would pop back to post my 10 month pics. If it wasn't for people posting their pics when I was researching over a year ago I may of never took the plunge. Just want to report no problems what so ever and very happy with the result, especially when you consider I only had 1032 fue. Has made a huge difference to my confidence. I intend to have a touch up in a year or so, but for now Im very happy!

Love the Day 5 donor photo.

I just wonder how many more times you can hit the back again?

It's too bad Feller has to re-post results from 3+ years ago. Certainly there have been success stories since then?

Great result. I think in practice they can thin the donor by 33% at the max but some doctors believe 50% is possible but I have never seen more than 7000 FUE. 20,000ish FU in his donor tops. Upper limit is 6500 I would think. Even then that's pushing the envelope I think. Kind of surprised Dr. Feller decided to go with FUE here but the result speaks for itself. I would think he may progress as far as nw5 just based on where there appears to be a fringe or border of non miniturising hair.

I often think that FUE can work very well when a patient has a solid persistent non miniturised forelock which may never go or be the last thing to go. It helps conserve quite a few grafts in the density zone by cutting down on the area of scalp to be transplanted and it helps add to the visual density. However you probably need to keep some in reserve just in case.

I would like to go the FUE route myself but I worry about getting enough hair in the long run. That has to be a genuine concern.

While we're on the topic of FUE, bold choice by Rooney to go with FUE I think Spex. I think in the long run he'd be best served not using many grafts on the crown.
