Shedding hair on body and eyebrows?!

Could this be MPB related? Non of my uncles had this condition nor did my father (they are all bald). I managed to stop my shedding (scalp) with rogaine 5 % and have a full set of hair. But it's really annoying to deal with shedding hair on legs and eyebrows. It's not like that i'm getting any bald spots or anything, but it's just damn irritating! I've had this condition for like 3 years now (i'm 21 now).
