Seborrheic dermatitis queries

Hi, I'm a 23 year old male...have had some stubborn dandruff since the past couple of years...since last year, I noticed that the flakes are different in color, size etc so I consulted a dermatologist....he diagnosed severe seborrheic dermatitis. I started losing a lot of hair about 4-5 months back...and there are bald patches on my scalp now....the question is, will the hair come back???

Also, can anyone just explain in brief what are the most prominent ways to treat seb derm?? Some of the medicines are not available in Asia so I'll have to call fr them frm the US....please suggest names...and yes..the question is really important...do the hair come back???

Would also like to knw the effect of caffeine on DHT levels...is green tea harmful as well???
