Anyone using this Nioxin Recharging Complex vitamin deal?

From the reviews I have read seems pretty positive, with some having a lot of ache side effects, but not sure how much.

Is it just another bottle of useless pills or is there something to it.

It is just one of many overpriced multi-vitamin supplements. Taking a multi-vitamin is a good idea for some people - but you do not need to pay a premium price. You are better off getting your vitamins from the food you eat. Start with taking a good look at your diet. Whatever problems you find, take measures to resolve them. Only take a multi-vitamin as a "just to be sure" kind of thing.

BTW, I take Natures Bounty's "Hair, Skin & Nails" multi-vitamin formula. I don't know if it actually helps or not - but it is inexpensive and it can't hurt.
