Want to restore lost hair- losing hair rapidly!
Hi All,
I have been following this forum for some time now. I have been losing hair regularly since 1994 especially in the temple area, sides and the back. My hair is way less dense than it used to be say, 20 years ago. I have tried many options including supplements- numerous multivitamins, Shen Min(which I thought worked for a little while), Nioxin, Rogaine, Provillus(a scam), shampoos, hair and many hair oil/lotions but nothing has so far succeeded in reversing the hair loss as well helping re-grow the lost hair. Moving forward(I am 37), I want a strategy that works best for me and is non-surgical. What are the best recommendations you guys can make? I am really frustrated with having to try new options every 2 months and giving it up if it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance!

You've been losing hair for a long time and I get the impression that you still have a lot of hair left. If that's right then I think you can count yourself lucky. Have you noticed some kind of increase in hairloss lately?
The most obvious thing you can do is start Propecia.
