Hair transplant on plastic surgery
I burnt my head when I was a kid, which left front left side of my head with bald spots. It was not really a concern for years as the hair from other part of the hair line covered the spots.
Recently I have started noticing balding in the front of my hair line which is not only making me look bald but also reviling my burnt bald spots (plastic surgery).
My question is if I do get hair transplant is it possible to transplant hair on the plastic surgery bald spots?
Thank you

I think you need to ask an HT doctor/plastic surgery doctor about that.

It sounds like you're losing hair due to androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness) so the usual advice regarding treatments would apply. It would be a good idea to look into Propecia. I won't dwell on that now.
Scars can cause problems in hair transplantation due to scar tissue often having a poor supply of blood. Transplanted follicles need a good blood supply to grow. It is possible, but you would need to be examined by a hair transplant surgeon so that they can judge what sort of success they will have when planting grafts to the area. It might be the case that they would want to cover the area at a lower density so that the grafts aren't making too much of a demand on the blood supply.

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
Yes it is possible to have hair restoration surgery in areas of the scalp where you have had a prior plastic surgical procedure. For example I have performed many procedures on patients who have scarring in the side burn, temporal, and hairline areas from prior face lifts. The results can be very positive.
