Could a fungal infection on my stomach caused hair loss on the head?

maybe a dumb question but i am just wondering.

Also, I have a small red bump on my scalp and am wondering if this has anything to do with fungal infection?

Anything is possible, but a single red bump on the scalp would not be the typical presentation of a fungal infection. However, I do think it is very important to treat any internal fungal infection. Long standing Candida/fungal infections can have several negative effects.
