I am essentially asexual. I can still get erections (poor quality than before because no libido) with manual stimulation and great effort (watching porn for long time) but this is highly unusual. My orgasms are not very enjoyable anymore. I tried the rogaine to look better and improve my personal life, instead, my personal life has completely been ruined....The dermatologist knows nothing about this connection but my family doctor says it is possible. I am getting my hormone levels checked (thyroid, prolactin, testosterone) and being referred to an endocrinologst. I cannot live like this anymore. I would rather not live at all. I hope that my condition will improve.
Blood pressure medications can cause erection failures.

Try going on the two percent, if possible. You probably don't want to try Finasteride if you're having these issues, of course.

    Best of luck.
