Default Seasonal Hair Loss- When To Panic and When NOT To.

Chances are you experience heavier shedding during the beginning of Fall and Spring. You may lose up to twice as much hair as you usually did in the shower.

That in itself is not reason to panic. If you do not suffer from MPB, there will be no noticeable thinning or change in your hair, given that the shedding stops after 3 or 4 weeks. Your hair will look as it ever did.

If you ARE experiencing hair loss and have it under some sort of control, the shed might impact the appearance and overall thickness of your hair, but what was healthy will regrow, so don't stress over it.

If you are on a cursed superhighway ride to NW7, it'll only make things worse

PS Hope this helps any first-timers who go through seasonal shedding after MPB has started taking it's toll on them.
