Simple guide to help save your hair..

Hi all.. Following simple steps will help you improve (at least retain) your hair. I have tried this over several years. I only wish I started sooner.

(1) Immediately start taking Propecia/Finasteride
(2) Cut ur hair very short. If u have very less or thinning hair, get a buzz cut
(3) Shampoo at least thrice a week to keep the scalp clean. Use any mild shampoo
(4) Only use a towel to gently dry your hair. DO NOT USE A BLOW DRYER
(5) Only use a wide tooth comb. Do not over comb or tease ur hair
(6) Do not apply any gels, mousse, sprays or concealers
(7) Gently massage ur scalp with essential oils (once a week)

Follow the above for at least 2 years to see any improvement. I’m sure one can add to the list but the above are easily doable by anyone. Best of luck!
