Is it worth trying Rogaine at this point?

27 years old, started losing hair at 24. I have a tendency to avoid problems until they get bad, hence the reason I haven't used Rogaine before now. Was wondering if you guys thought it was worth a try given this picture. A couple more facts: I use Nizoral for my sebhoria dermatitis and my scalp gets super oily 12-16 hours after I wash it. I can upload more pics if you want, thanks for your advice and help
