Hair transplants and alopecia
is it a good idea to get hair transplants if you have alopecia areata?
(i have alopecia but a very very mild case of it. it grows back once i get a cortisteroid injection)

No way! Hair transplants only work if you have MPB.

Still risky, unless you are ok with possibly losing the transplanted hair and having visible scars if you have a bad bout of AA. But I guess that can happen to anyone, since no one knows if they will ever get AA.

it is a very very mild case of alopecia areata.
